I'm a mission-driven change agent focused on helping teams solve difficult problems while creating spaces where people can be authentic and feel that they belong. My work includes writing articles, speaking, consulting, and serving on boards. I work with organizations, from startups to Fortune 10 companies to global non-profits and universitie4s. I am co-founder of the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab and lead strategist, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. My work was recognized in 2019 with a CEDAW Award for Education, from the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women, and as one of the BBC’s 100 Women and in the award-winning documentary, bias. I am a board member of the Alliance for Girls, Watermark and the Center for Institutional Courage.
