Prepared all written proposals, designed projects with a CAD program, and with hand drawings. Scheduled and supervised installers, worked closely with 30 production crew members to create a finished product as it was designed. Supervised production & formalities through all phases of manufacturing, starting with sanding, door making/assembly, painting, building and finished product. Made sure that quality assurance and customer/contractors were satisfied. I was asked to manage the office as well as the manufacturing crew after 2 years in sales/design. Prepared and processed all production paperwork, handled invoicing & collections. Helped problem solving, and troubleshoot. Was in charge of managing seven office staff, 30 in production & over 250 dealers that sold our cabinetry. The business closed due to a divorce.
