Responsible for defining and implementing processes and metrics for managing the Carry-In and Mail-In Depot repair operations for the Same Unit Repair (SUR) product. The scope covers: forward and reverse logistics operations between the Depots and Asurion; onsite inventory and repair processes at the repair providers’ physical locations/Depots; quality of repair from both the customer experience at point-of-repair, as well as the post-repair reship performance; all-in repair cost metrics; and all system-to-system interactions between the Depots and Asurion. This position communicates needs from the Depots to the various functions within Supply Chain, championing for their implementation in line with the organization’s Annual Operating Plan. There are currently over 500 unique Depot repair locations in the US and Canada. These locations are expected to support over 500k repair transactions annually.

Responsible for managing asset recovery program including subscriber contact, data analysis and acting as liaison with all internal partners. Piloted many projects to determine cost benefit analysis and drove significant increases in revenue along with decreases in cost to drive tremendous value to the organization. This involved working cross-functionally with multiple teams to achieve the desired goals.
