Project Administrator / Coordinator: Responsibilities: Supports a staff of 4 project managers and 4 sales managers. Coordinates with staff and customers to insure the appropriate documentation is completed by analyzing and researching previous and similar projects. Communicates project updates and changes. Updates project information in appropriate tracking software. Monitors and follows up to keep projects on completion and budget course.CRM (Customer Resource Manager) Administrator:Responsibilities: Conduct software demonstration and training. Create and maintain appropriate work flows, analytical reports, custom modules, update users, permission settings. Preform desktop installations and Outlook integrations. Fine tuning with the use of Java to better suit business needs.Scheduling Representative:Responsibilities: Scheduling equipment, personnel, resources, and collecting information to meet job requirements. Customer Service:Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from residential and commercial customers. Assist with determining appropriate level of service needs to meet or ultimately exceed customer expectations, order entry, prepare quotes, and edit billing.
