Baker Center Campus

Work with Success Center and all Coaches and Faculty to ensure student success during academic tenure and as they prepare for the workforce. Responded and followed up with all Blue Alerts and New Student Surveys. Conducted New Student Intake Forms and followed Policies and Procedures for developing Academic Plans. Created and communicated Degree Audits for guiding students each term in order to stay on track for graduation.

Work strategically with students pursuing their academic goals for degree completion. I also teach a variety of courses for the Business Technologies Department and Human Development Department.

Lagrande, Or

Lori created an Events Department from conception to implementation. Lori manages all aspects of creating all event and tour packages as well as marketing and maintaining the packages. She has increased the department’s revenue monthly through her leadership, marketing and project management skills, bringing approximately 100- 600 new clients to the complex per week. Lori is currently 1 of 5 team leaders for the entire staff of 60 employees.McNeil is also responsible for all Marketing and Communications of the entire complex. This includes both internal and external modalities and platforms from creative design to implementation. Print media, copy writing, social network marketing, radio (ads and live remotes), live presentations on and off the complex and writing articles for magazines, website and brochures, are among the list of the many every day responsibilities.

Duties included developing a consulting firm from the ground up and all areas of daily operations. Major areas of development included strategic marketing and communications plan, writing media releases, developing brochures and flyers of various training events, developing radio advertisement, designing and maintaining website and social network marketing media, facilitated professional development trainings, supervising all contracted staff, developing curriculum for over 100 professional development programs, writing grants, financially manage all aspects of the business, work as a community liaison to build stronger businesses by collaborating resources for businesses throughout Oregon to strengthen economic growth and vitality.

Baker County

Roles and responsibilities included developing all community prevention programs from the ground up. Duties included developing grant writing, public speaking, designing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, educating, enforcing and reporting on statewide initiatives and policies, designing and implementing over 40 prevention programs, supervise all staff, act as primary liaison for statewide initiatives, build and maintain community resource library, fiscally responsible for all state, local and federal grants and funds totaling over $500,000, coordinate at least 10 community events per year, chaired and directed strategic plan for the local Prevention Coalition and strengthened collaborative efforts consisting of 40 professionals through Baker County, responsible for all hiring and firing of staff, created Baker County’s first Employee Assistance Program.
