Led the Service Team through the Insight, Scoping and Design phases of a global (38 countries) end-to-end SAP implementation (finance, supply chain, sales & marketing, PLM). The Process team, partnered with Accenture, defined requirements, necessary modules, data definitions and process flow designs primarily in the CRM and CRM Mobile systems.Through these phases, the team worked remote from the core project team which was located in Zurich, Switzerland.

Led the Software Development for the retail counter scales product including architecting the embedded application for the next generation PC based scale. Development included embedded C++ and embedded PC development on Linux, Windows NT and CE.
