I have led the SEC reporting and have drafted and filed the 10-Q, 10-K and proxy filings. I have worked closely with auditors, for both financial and SOX audits, in addition to sales & use tax audits. I have managed staff including the traditional accounting staff of A/R, A/P, payroll and purchasing, in addition to operational areas of shipping and receiving. I work hands-on with the month end close process and cash management.
