The project scope included the coordination of thousands of equipment and software licenses through the decommission of underutilized Channel Element equipment and then the installation of the physical and virtual cards at target sites. The project was accomplished in a phased, proprietary environment through the establishment of a centralized warehouse, the development of initial and continuous refinement of business processes, contingency and risk management response planning, the workforce coordination of the virtual team including engineering, an outsourced warehouse vendor, field installation technicians, and software technician resources with the utilization of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook Meeting, and Lync tools.
