How Women Haze - The program first examines the types of hazing that exist in a chapter and helps give warning signs to zoom in on those hazers who may be at work in your organization. Life Doesn’t Come with a Sober Sister (Brother, Designated Driver) - Having a responsible friend is one strategy, but it’s not often enough. This program focuses on how we can all encourage greater personal responsibility so that we can ALL enjoy the social environment on our campus safely and securely.Confrontation: Compassionate, Strategic Leadership for Difficult Situations - Difficult situations crop up in student organizations all the time— negative behaviors which go un-addressed oftentimes persist until a tough conversation happens.

Oversee the implementation strategic goals, technology long-range plans, extension and new chapter development,and collaborates with undergraduate housing, collegiate Financial Services, and Risk Management volunteers on existing and new initiatives.• Develop and implement strategic plan initiatives related to membership growth, retention, collegiate services, housing, expansion, collegiate financial services, and technology.• Direct Tri Sigma’s harm reduction programming including education, assessment, program development, investigations, chapter conduct concerns, and Hazing and Alcohol Abuse prevention initiatives • Oversee housing development projects for new colonies and chapters.• Technology consultant – streamlining technology, database management and oversee upgrades and improvements, and provide support on new staff initiatives• Implement and evaluate revised Social Event policies and procedures

• Design and implement the following leadership development programs applying learning theories and instructional design models, Officer Training/Transition Program, Leadership Consultant Training, and Harm Reduction and Alcohol Misuse Prevention education.• Collaborated on developing the 2007-2013 Strategic Plan and responsible for the implementation of all collegiate areas resulting in a 35.5% membership increase, 20% increase in member and volunteer retention, 8% increase in accredited chapters, 90% increase of chapter engagement (including reporting, training completion, and webinar attendance)• Serve as a consultant and subject-matter-expert for all curriculum development (including conferences and online e-learning series), web development, and educational webinars for 6000 undergraduates, 152 volunteers, and 786 advisors throughout the country• Travel extensively to facilitate training workshops, needs assessment, evaluate chapter viability and stability, and establish new collegiate chapters• Maintain positive partnerships with advisory boards, alumni and national headquarters staff and volunteers• Practice problem solving and analytical skills to handle various chapter and organizational situations including health and wellness, organizational development, housing issues, poor alumni/community/parent relations, academics, ethics and values, and leadership development
