Hello!I'm a Manager of Communications and Proposals for Kai Analytics, a Vancouver market research company that has a special focus on qualitative data analysis. I started my position as a co-op student, so feel free to ask me any questions about the co-op process. I am a recent graduate of Thompson Rivers University, with a major in English Literature and a minor in Modern Languages and Global Studies. Some skills I've gained during my education are in critical thinking, problem solving, analyzing texts, and communications. During my studies, I worked in retail part-time. It was a valuable learning experience for me, teaching me more about sales, customer service, and resolving conflict. I am grateful to my fellow colleagues for providing me with a chance to learn and work as a team.During 2021, I worked in a co-op position at XOMBO, which gave me an excellent opportunity to expand my skills. I was hired as a grant and business development writer, and over time my role shifted to Government Relations. I improved my knowledge in communications and marketing, as well as learned a great deal about grant applications, government contracts, and programs for small businesses.I love making connections and enjoy meeting with people, so don't be afraid to reach out!
