- Work with PTP Invoice Processing Supervisor to drive process efficiencies through standardization and further automation in Accounting Shared Services.- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in line with accounting procedures.- Expeditiously resolving reconciling items/held invoices via partnership with other teams.- Participate in financial statement close cycle and operational accounting functions in order to ensure accurate and timely recording of accounts payable transactions.- Developing and maintaining work instructions, SOX documentation, ensuring that the standard process is maintained and documentation remains current.- Ensure business users and vendors follow defined PTP processes for PO raising prior to invoice receipt, limited non-PO invoices, and support education of business users/vendors to follow correct procedure. Proactively improving and undertaking effective business relationship with key vendors and business contacts.- Handle internal queries via ServiceNow tickets, external e-mails received from vendors and support Taulia project in vendor onboarding, process exemptions and invoice submission inquiries.- Actively participate in process improvement and standardization project including to direct debit clearing, down payment clearing and paid on time improvement project and GR/IR clearing project.

- Daily contact with the factories and suppliers, handling their specific requests and invoicing problems; management of payment notices.- Examining all incoming past-due bills for accuracy and timely payment in compliance with procedures.- Checking the validity of the freight bill by monitoring that the amount charged by the carrier corresponds to the rate card/to the contract and by using online tracking systems; identifying the freight payer by understanding Incoterms and agreements.- Ascertain that suitable general ledger coding and expense allocation processes are followed, processing accounting data entries into the accounting system.- Preparing cost reports, pivots and daily statistics to supplement the financial statements.
