As a member of the Corporate Recruiting Team, responsibilities included developing and implementing policies and procedures for the entire corporation from scratch, corporate recruiting, international recruiting, and supporting the emerging branches. As Recruiting Manager for TACT, was responsible for opening the Atlanta Branch Office. Tasks included staffing (three Account Executives, two Recruiters, an admin and a Branch Manager), Business Development including evaluating the Atlanta marketplace and devising a target account list, Budgeting and Revenue Projections, Operations, Training, Networking, and developing a pipeline of Candidates.
