In my previous jobs, I have leveraged my graphic design, photography, and 3D printing skills to create innovative projects, foster a peer learning environment, and instruct and supervise collaborators on various machines and processes. I enjoy the opportunity to explore new technologies and collaborate with diverse and creative people and I aim to go above and beyond in everything that I do and I love learning new things.During my time at Kent State University, I served as Treasurer on the Kent State Club Figure Skating Team and am proud to say that I kept meticulously organized financial records and entirely revamped our team merchandise and costume ordering system. I planned and executed many successful fundraising events and was in charge of running the Fundraising Committee. I have also been on the Social Media Committee and set up and designed our website, ksuclubfigureskating.com. I still maintain the website, and I assist with social media marketing of the team. I also helped with other Executive Board duties when necessary and served as Secretary for one semester after our previous Secretary stepped down. I have always been interested in graphic design and I have been developing my skills since I was 10 years old. I have completed several digital arts and website design courses in high school and college, and I have participated in multiple Major League Hacking events in Ohio. I have also gained valuable experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Economic Action Group, Inc., where I designed digital and print materials for the City of Youngstown and other clients. Additionally, I have a strong interest in languages and cultures, and I have studied abroad in Japan and Italy, where I learned Japanese and completed a practicum in teaching English as a foreign language.
