Currently leading a diverse team of experts (psychometricians, I/O psychologists, physical therapists, and other assessment professionals) in the design, delivery, and scoring of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, among other assessments. Responsible for a large development and research budget (> $1mil), managing subcontractors, development timelines, examination security, and quality assurance. Also maintain an active research program for improving test design, item writing, psychometric analysis, test security, and score reporting.

Taught Legal & Professional Issues for I/O Psychology students, a course covering the major federal employment laws, professional problems, and ethics.

Led multiple projects of varying sizes (< $50k to > $1 mil annually). Managed project completion timelines, deliverables, subcontractors, quality assurance, and budgets. Led and contributed to technical proposals. Specialized in turning around projects that were behind schedule or over budget. Contributed research design and psychometric expertise to grant proposals. Managed diverse project teams. Consulted with clients at multiple organizational levels, including presenting technical findings to non-technical consumers.
