Manage the Match Group's ProfilePro department, a team of remotely working contract writers focused on producing excellent, insightful online dating profiles for posting on sites like Delightful, OurTime, SingleParentsMeet, Match and Chemistry. Since taking over the department in 2014, I've increased sales by 33%, reduced refunds and chargebacks by nearly 40% and improved customer feedback exponentially.Responsible for conceptualizing, producing and scheduling editorial content for Match.com's Happen magazine as well as an array of partner sites like Yahoo, MSN, AT&T/BellSouth, Earthlink, Mail.com, and many others.
