Infrastructure InvestmentsI led marketing/client relations efforts for our infrastructure product, managing a pipeline of over 900 prospects worldwide. My work included developing and delivering client presentations, communicating fund developments to constituents, and facilitating onboarding of institutional investors.On the corporate communications front, I oversaw the client reporting process, drafting quarterly and annual reports. This involved intensive communication between corporate departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of report production.In my day-to-day work, I served as a liaison between groups including acquisitions, legal, compliance, and our institutional marketing sales force. I worked to troubleshoot issues, respond to investor queries, and facilitate expansion of our Infrastructure Investments business.

I played a primary role in conceptual redesign of two intranet sites for JPMorgan Chase worldwide. In the process, I worked closely with developers and vendors, completing certification training in human factors usability. In conjunction with product launches, I served on a virtual team managing the portal, maintaining our company homepage, evaluating metrics, and communicating changes to employees. My responsibilities and key accomplishments included:* Leading a business-side project team in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of our corporate intranet site. The redesigned site won a 2007 Nielson Norman design award. * Developing a centralized HR intranet site for 160,000 employees worldwide, resulting in elimination of redundant legacy HR systems. This project increased my interest in Organizational Psychology. As a result, I enrolled in a Master's degree program in the field.

I completed a rotational leadership training program which included process and data analysis, productivity redesign, and process integration resulting from the JPMorgan/Chase Manhattan merger. My primary projects included:* Managing a merger-related consolidation project to provide seamless client service to cross-over clients, and* Analyzing and recreating a capacity model for the Private Bank, identifying process improvement opportunities that resulted in seven-figure savings for the company.
