As the Owner of Powers Agency, a franchise marketing firm based in Cincinnati, I have over 30 years of experience in leading and growing a team of creative and strategic professionals who deliver dynamic marketing programs that drive revenue for franchised companies, unit by unit, across the country. I have a strong background in marketing communications, creative direction, and online marketing, and I hold a certification as a Chief of Staff from LinkedIn.My mission is to help franchisors, franchisees, and multi-unit operators achieve their business goals and maximize their return on investment through effective and innovative marketing solutions. Under my leadership, Powers Agency has secured and serviced several prominent regional and national clients, increasing our billings by 300% in the past decade. I am also an active member of the advertising and franchising communities, serving as the first woman elected chair of the Board of Governors for the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) Heartland Council, and as a board member of several organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America Dan Beard Council and Leadership Cincinnati Alumni Association. I am passionate about giving back to the community and supporting causes that align with my values, such as the United Way's Tocqueville Society.
