About Lori P

Through her family's health challenges, Lori has become passionate about the study of nutrition and its powerful impact on the body and mind. She has spent two decades years studying, researching and implementing nutrient intervention towards healing, for her boys with multiple food allergies. She is now a consultant with various wellness centres and local practitioners.Taking health another step further, she has become a yoga/meditation instructor and facilitates deeply relaxing sound baths with her son, a certified sound healer.
