- Hold dual roles as Director of Marketing and IT/Systems. Brought onboard prior to launch and positioned company as a premier full service commercial real estate firm in the Northeast. - Charged with branding, website design and content, multi-media communications, advertising, publicity, press releases, national tradeshow exhibitions and special events. Achieved premium coverage in New York Times, New England Real Estate Journal, Fairfield County Business Journal, industry trade publications and local press.- Manage the design and execution of all digital and print corporate marketing materials.- Develop and implement custom marketing campaigns for a diverse client base including one of the nation’s largest redevelopment projects, North America’s largest commercial portfolio REIT and national office and retail real estate developers. Client roster includes: Equity One, KIMCO Realty Corporation, Building and Land Technology, The Wilder Companies- Provide comprehensive market research and demographic analysis for national, regional and local retailers with business expansion plans throughout the Northeast region. Client roster includes: Citibank, Charles Schwab, AT&T, USPS, TGIFriday’s, CVS, ALDI- Liaison and counsel to creative teams and senior management to plan and implement marketing position strategies. Report to CEO. - P & L responsibility for Marketing and IT budgets to maximize ROI. Negotiate contracts.- Build, maintain and expand business development database.- Work with IT vendors to integrate security, storage and data systems to support industry standards, the universe of digital communications, file preservation and multi-media innovation.
