I have spearheaded several projects and helped organization convert from paper benefits enrollment to completely electronic by implementing benefits platforms that were cost effective and freed up time to tackle other important projects to make the HR dept more efficient. I like to assist employees in reaching their career goals by coaching and watching them grow. I am easy going, approachable and been told I have a great sense of humor, which is needed in the HR realm. In my spare time, I spend time with may family and hang out with my dog.
