Lori specializes in life transitions, emotional + healthy eating, stress management, recovery from addiction and prioritizing health + well-being. Her desire is for individuals to connect to their innate wisdom, clarify what’s important and achieve their passion and purpose.Lori received her Professional Coach Certification from Leadership that Works in Transformational Coaching. An International Coaching Federation accredited institution. In addition she holds certifications in Positive Psychology, Holistic Health Counseling, Reiki, Breathwork and is a NYS Board Certified Recovery Coach. Lori has a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and has an extensive background in intuitive studies, healing, art, self-development and personal empowerment.Prior to coaching, Lori worked in the advertising industry mainly in television post-production. She held the position of film editor. Lori orchestrated and managed creative editing, monitored large crews and technical staff, implemented innovation, ensured organization and supervised various multi million-dollar advertising campaigns. Some of her clients included Diet Pepsi, General Electric, Healthy Choice, Coca-Cola, Mercedes Benz and Frito Lay. Lori's passionate about transformation, wellbeing, fun, and positivity. What keeps her spirit alive is healthy living, creativity, growth and development and most of all being of service and connection to others.
