The recruiting field has been re-branded many times during my 20-year career but the timeless principles of integrity, resourcefulness, curiosity and adaptability are always relevant.My core competency is in recruiting for all levels in the office administration, human resources and recruiting function. I have also built a network of trusted business partners who recruit in almost every other discipline in corporate America and I refer business out liberally. Companies rely on me when they are not seeing high-caliber candidates who fit their priority positions or when they do not have a dedicated, local resource to recruit and evaluate candidates. The majority of my network comes from referrals but I am always interested in learning about a new recruiting challenge.
