Serve as a strategic leader and partner within the organization overseeing and executing operational initiatives at various levels. Key Contributions:• Identified and implemented several key initiatives to shore up anticipated loss of ODP income. Initiatives included a combination of product restructuring, re-pricing of underperforming credit card and unsecured portfolios, and fee schedule changes. These efforts resulted in a $1.6 million increase in annual income. • Renegotiated several key contracts resulting in significant savings ($2.3 million over 3 years), increased marketing resources ($300k) and in some cases improved service offerings to the membership. • Led process improvement efforts to streamline support functions (i.e. automation of ACH and draft return processes, negative shares collection and charge-off, service requests, etc.) allowing the department to take on more responsibility with a reduction in staff.• Developed and launched in-house credit card program and subsequent ‘Affinity’ Card Program, growing the portfolio.• Developed and executed an operational merger and acquisition strategy which led to the successful integration of three mergers in two years.• Developed and implemented a large-scale branch deployment plan to align business plans with organizational objectives, prioritizing strategic location acquisition, and establishing timelines to ensure the deployment was completed on time and within budget. This resulted in the closure of three under-performing branches, the acquisition of three full-service branch locations and three sponsor site locations.• Developed and implemented an eServices strategic plan for all remote channels including the design Contact Center, installation of eBanking and Bill Pay service platforms as well as a roadmap for mobile.• Executed web and email marketing plan targeting specific niches within the membership resulting in increasing online users by 150% and eStatement adoption by 140%.
