Retail Global Business Unit (RGBU), Oracle America Inc., Minneapolis, MN• Review and approve financials, legal terms, scope, pricing, and risks for RGBU Consulting. • Facilitate a global team to manage consulting bookings & processes efficiently for Oracle and client. • Global liaison for Legal, Risk Management, Revenue Recognition, Internal Audit, and Contracts, into the RGBU Consulting line of business. • Responsible for innovative new initiatives, pricing strategies, Cloud GTM strategies/process for on-premise, SaaS, PaaS & Hardware, and creative solutioning to non-product client issues. • Create and deliver training programs for acquisitions and continuing education for field teams. • Negotiate with clients on multi-million dollar contracts for business terms, legal terms and business metrics.

• Manage the RGBU Core Project Management Office (PMO), working across lines of business on global projects and liaising with Global Risk Management, Legal and Operations. • Conduct onsite Health Checks for projects and programs, including scope management, project remediation, escalations, quality management, communications management, and third-party contract management. • Enhance and built new Team Training, Mentoring & Evaluation programs.• Facilitate process enhancements through global and across lines of business teams.

Oracle America Inc., Minneapolis, MN• Global single point of contact for Legal, Risk Management, Revenue Recognition, Internal Audit, and Contracts, into the Retail Global Business Unit (“RGBU”) Consulting line of business;• Tier 2 Approver for RGBU Consulting, including advising and making decisions on behalf of the Senior Vice President on all aspects of global consulting financials, business terms, legal terms, disputes, metrics and risk management;• Create and manage bid support group (Bid Analysts) to create efficiencies; • Review, approve and negotiate contracts for millions of dollars in bookings per year globally;• Manage the integration of all acquisitions for the RGBU;• Provide in depth training to sales representatives globally on legal terms and conditions;• Negotiate with clients on multi-million dollar contracts for business terms, legal terms and business metrics;• Create global processes, including new policies and practices;• Responsible for global roll out of new systems and field trainings; • Manage and execute approvals up to the office of the CEO for the Executive Vice President of the RGBU;• Tier 1 EMEA RGBU License approver for one year interim period, reviewed financial metrics and terms, negotiated with clients in EMEA for License terms, made decisions on behalf of Executive Vice President; and• Create process improvements and review of SAAS contracts for Oracle ATG Commerce Optimization Services.

• Recruited and created a team, including subcontractors to manage all consulting operations including: opportunity management, contract execution, revenue recognition, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable;• Created training programs for consulting sales reps, handbooks, 1:1 and group trainings on corporate systems;• Supported Consulting Vice President and management on reporting needs and new efficiencies, utilization and non- billable resources;• First Consulting Operations Manager in Oracle Global Business Units (“GBUs”); • Collaborated with executive management to determine how Retek would assimilate into Oracle;• Established and managed many processes across countries for the RGBU and GBUs generally; and • Created and rolled out numerous training programs across the globe for Operations and Sales.Awarded three trophies of excellence

• Created and managed weekly and monthly reporting to Controller and Chief Financial Officer;• Managed the Oracle Project Accounting System (PA) for all Retek contracts;• Responsible for all for financial management of all consulting contracts, invoicing and revenue recognition (created and posted revenue and invoices from PA);• Implemented PA, trained and created process documents and handbooks for PA use for Development and Sales organizations.Awarded three times, "Catch the Spirit" award
