- Led a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Global Business Services organization to drive revenue within Dell EMC’s renewal sales business ($4B annual revenue).- Created an overall framework for defining project charters and aligning all strategic initiatives to financial targets to ensure GBS achieved $93M+ in savings within an 18-month period. - Defined baseline quality metrics and KPIs and developed executive and associate level dashboards to bring visibility and transparency to current quality issues.

- Developed and led the PMO for the $4B Corporate Indirect Procurement Group within EMC- Established the strategic plan and the governance model to oversee procurement activities to help drive $170M+ savings for the company - Managed the design and development of the Business Intelligence platform including dashboards and reporting to utilize Big Data to drive more intelligence into the sourcing process- Governed strategic programs to manage suppliers through performance monitoring and relationship management- Led performance improvement initiatives to increase productivity through transaction automation and talent development

- Had responsibility for managing a $40M+ investment portfolio for the CIO. Focus was on leading process innovation including the development of an SDLC methodology framework that improved the delivery of customer value, increased speed to market and allowed for continuous improvement.- Redefined IT metrics to include leading indicators as part of "project health checks" to more proactively identify and monitor at-risk projects.- Developed more robust analytic capabilities to better forecast resources and to assess corresponding financials.

- Led a virtual team in the successful delivery of a new rating and policy system which enabled the launch of 3 new specialty insurance products. The platform was developed in 8 weeks by leveraging a 24 by 7 development and testing cycle with resources in India, China and the U.S. Additional products have been added to this system leading to a 40% growth in Hanover's commercial business.- Managed a portfolio of projects in 2010 including $9M worth of technology investment.

Managed a team of IT professionals with Lean / Six Sigma expertise focused on re-engineering the core IT delivery processes. The team's efforts resulted in $5 million in annual savings. Developed expertise with Agile and other feature driven methodologies. Deployed new standards for IT Metrics using meaningful data to track the key drivers of speed, cost and quality.

Responsible for managing an $8M portfolio of development initiatives in support of the Defined Contribution Business Transformation effort and the Audit / Risk programs. Played a key role in building the technology required to support the first|Person program; an award-winning participant communication and education program highlighted as the best in the industry. Led the design and development of Fidelity's e401k product; the first 401(k) plan marketed sold and serviced via the web. Won an outstanding service award for leading this effort.Expanded the Fidelity Anywhere wireless portal to include a full range of transactions for our 401(k) customers. This product launch demonstrated our technical leadership in the industry.Developed the conceptual design and business requirements that allowed Fidelity to extend its product line to include Equity Compensation programs beginning with the implementation of the General Motors Stock Option Plan.
