Lori Sacco is a real estate agent and the Managing Broker for Vanguard Properties in Sebastopol. She has been involved in building and real estate since graduating with a BA in architecture from University of Washington in 1984. She started in real estate as a Broker in 2005, working In the offices of Keller Williams in Santa Rosa and Mason Mcduffie in Sebastopol. In 2012, Lori founded Bauhaus real estate, an independent brokerage to provide exceptional real estate services. Bauhaus and the agents joined Vanguard in 2013. As a top producing agent, she guides her clients skillfully through the process of one of the biggest transitions of their lives. As a manager, her goal is to support the agent in developing their business for their best personal and financial outcome. Lori has made agent training and continuing education a priority. The goal is to encourage agents to stay current with technological tools without forgetting the basics of service and sales. She is determined to uncover the secret of how to really listen to her clients and agents and affect change in a positive way. This year, Lori was elected to as the Sebastopol Norbar Chapter Director on the Norbar Board.Lori and her family moved to Sonoma County, Ca in 1994 after a seven year tenure in New York City. There, she was licensed as an Architect, working primarily on commercial projects for Polshek and Partners (now known as Ennead Architects). As a stay at home mother for 10 years, Lori was active in her community as a founding parent of the Sebastopol Independent Charter School (a Waldorf curriculum) and as a member of the Community Advisory board for the Sutter Women's Health Center in Santa Rosa.
