I have been in the fitness industry since I was 18 years old. Teaching classes, personal and group training, and soaking everything I could. I have a unique way of training clients with my Athletic Training background and dig deeper into each rep than most. After having my first child, instead of going back to Athletic Training full-time, I began a stroller fitness program in my local park. Mommy-Moves Fitness was born and grew to multiple classes being taught by independent contractors. Additional programs were created including Extreme Mom Boot Camp and Run With The Girls Running Club. A natural fit landed in my lap and I became co-owner of Clean Cut Nutrition, an online program that helps healthy individuals lose weight and enjoy the foods they love. Building fun customer experiences and lecturing to corporate wellness, families, college classrooms, and lecture series talks became a regular part of my job. I have had numerous publications including PFP, Fit in NJ, and am a former Monthly columnist for The Family Groove online magazine and a blogger for Meridian Momtourage.In 2022, I took the role of Head Of Customer Experience and Fit Pro Liason for FitFighter, LLC but with a downsizing of the company is now open for a new role.
