I oversee a team of 15 dynamic employees who assist in the day to day happenings of Mounting Solutions Plus (MSP). MSP is my family owned, internet based retailer who specializes in manufacturing and distributing accessories for tactical weapons.

I organized and executed recruiting events for the performing arts department as well as individual visits for students interested in auditioning for scholarships. Additionally, I was in charge of the marching auxiliary and choregraphing the color guard for the Tiffin University Marching Band.

I was in charge of planning and executing large fundraising events. These events would usually take place in the summer and the funds were used to benefit the community by exposing them to different artistic functions throughout the year. Additionally, I was also in charge of talent riders/volunteer coordination during our performing arts season.

I was in charge of scheduling daily campus visits along with Bluffton's larger visitation days. I worked with about three student workers who assisted me in training campus ambassadors (training) and hosts.
