CurrentDelivery Manager• Provide the best IT talent to new and existing client base.• Ensure efficient and effective IT Staffing operations daily • Effectively manage customer expectations by anticipating client’s needs with a proactive approach.• Manage all IT Staffing related infrastructure and service delivery processes• Ensure proper implementation of management plans and policies in rendering services to clients• Receive complaints and inquiries from customers and promptly work towards providing a solution to the problems• Identify and implement cross-selling and up-selling onshore and offshore Professional IT Consulting Services to new and existing customers.• Work with internal sales team to build client relationships, discuss delivery of professional consulting services, improve communications and set expectations by coordinating consulting deliverables.• Review and recommend changes to business process flow as appropriate to maximize the efficiency of providing professional services in a timely manner.• Act as an escalation point to expedite resolutions and deliverables. • Liaison with team managers of all technical experts to ensure swift implementation of actions within their targets.
