Successfully designed, developed, and implemented an IT Change Management system which included developing standardized methods, processes and procedures. This project included changing the overall culture of the organization and training over 2000 employees to utilize the Service Delivery system.Project Managed the IT Help Desk requirements for the Choice Seats Project with National GDS vendor to bring the application development in house to US Airways. A two year long endeavor that changed the way Choice Seats are purchased for US Airways.
