Provide interpretive, advisory, facilitation services for Stakeholders and Business leaders use in taking action. Continual evaluation of project deliverables and milestones against budgetary parameters.* Successfully implemented the SD/PS segments of SAP processes and system for Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc. in October 2007 and remained within budget despite numerous requirements for changes throughout transition process. Trained 22 people from Sales, Project Management, and Finance.* Successfully maintained inventory control (Asset Management) and completed project deployment/replacement of 1400 Motorola MC70 (PRISM) devices to field engineers under budget and meeting the project schedule.

Managed the Sales and Distribution and Project System segments of the project plan including allocation of resources and consultants to meet the implementation schedule and budget. Position required working in a multi-disciplinary team setting during the design/budgeting phase of the SAP project and leads others to consensus on standard business processes. Responsible for Inside Technical Sales Support for Asia-Pacific and English Speaking Caribbean countries. Duties included extensive interface between Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Export Administration and Siemens Affiliates to prepare quotations/budgets and close sales. This includes monitoring the competition, researching and obtaining market intelligence, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and managing multiple projects. Maintaining International Operations booking and quotation log to analyze and track multiple sales, from opportunity to closure and strive to exceed annual sales goals. My excellent communication and negotiation skills empowered me to develop strong relations with International customers, including government and local utility companies within the regions and to assist in exceeding sales goals for three consecutive years. * Successfully organized a team consisting of Siemens Shared Services and SPT&D accounting to identify business objectives and business pitfalls. This resulted in streamlining the meter process, which became profitable as a result.* Successfully designed the entire meter process for establishing International Operations as a distributor for Landis + Gyr. * Successfully implemented the meter process for SPT&D, Shared Services and Landis + Gyr which resulted in a gross profit for Sales and Distribution of approximately $500K in 2003.

Responsible for accurate preparation of financial, lading, logistical, and regulatory documentation required to ensure customs clearance of all international orders. This involved abiding by all rules and regulations set forth by the US Bureau of Export Administration and the US Department of Commerce. Duties include extensive interface with operational groups, manufacturing and marketing as well as external customers. Position requires extensive customer support, resolving issues and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsible for reviewing and updating operating procedures and communicate to all business entities.* Successfully designed an international shipping and boxing process for Raleigh and Jackson divisions. This process resulted in reduced shipping costs and timely customs clearance without demurrage charges against customers.* Successfully created and implemented a Quality Inspection process for international orders for Raleigh. The two signature inspection process resulted in reduced overages/shortages that could delay customs clearance and reduced the amount of No Charge Orders.
