With over 27 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, I have held various roles and functions; I have worked in little and big dimension organizations with the satisfaction of customers and employers.I started as an assistant director in a small production company.I became a video editor I edited several national commercials, corporate videos, and music clips. In some cases, I have supervised the entire process of post-production, or myself compositing and visual effect.I started doing motion graphics and 3D animation in a Milan major post-production, creating branding, TV graphics packaging, and animations for various broadcast events and television channels.As a correspondent in New Zealand, I shot and edit TV news.The vast expertise and deep knowledge of the tools I use for production allowed me to do training on various software products for individuals and large organizations.I worked on optimizing the production processes for serial Tv graphics, identifying products, and developing special interfaces or scripts on various software technologies.I have worked in the newsroom (ingest, production, scheduling, playout, archiving), by studying the workflow, and doing the installation, maintenance, and administration for some local and national TV.Finally, I am a pre-sales support and post-sales assistant technical and operational on a variety of software products.With my experience, I fit perfectly in small businesses where high elasticity is required or in large organizations where interaction, professionalism, and skills are essential.In the last years, I start to learn javascript, typescript, and other technologies and I start to develop software as a hobby.
