I helped a client go from a 15 day turn-around time to a 5 day turn-around from data submission to the product. Collaborated to put processes into place to help with problem areas including timelines, process explanations, and breakdowns for review.Self-taught in several areas of a new product and tools while continuing to work with my current position. After managing the product for 6 months I trained and continue to mentor a new data acquisition specialist. I interface and trained India-based colleagues to maximize application of India-based workforce. I have worked remote occasionally during my position at IBM Watson Health and full-time remote for a year due to the pandemic. I have handled this with the utmost responsibility, continue to meet deadlines, and provide the best customer experience.
