At Harvard Pilgrim I'm able to utilize my skills by overseeing the administrative needs of the Connecticut regional office including managing the office, calendars of executives, incoming calls and visitors along with working on complex projects and relationship building with community leaders, prospective clients and members. I've also been able to utilize my extensive fundraising and event planning skills as I work closely with sales, senior leadership, marketing strategy and other key business partners to identify and analyze sponsorship opportunities that strengthen brand image, awareness, and sales opportunities. I manage all facets of sponsorships for the CT regional office including interfacing with the requestors, processing payments, managing event deliverables and ticket management. In addition, I serve as a lead member of Artist Within Committee and actively collaborate to plan and execute a large annual employee art exhibit and work with Corporate Citizenship to coordinate our annual community service opportunities.I'm a partner to the VP of the region and Associate Medical Director to support them to ensure they have what they need to be successful in order for the company to meet its goals and objectives. I partnered with the Manchester Police Department to implement an internet safety program for parents which recieved national acclaim from 60 Minutes II and Senator Joseph Liberman. I represented the agency in all forums and expanded it's fundraising efforts and revenue. I was hired to implement a Youth Services Program for adolescents at risk of dropping out of high school. Withing that capacity, I successfully delveoped collaborative relationships with the students, educators, community providers and leaders, employers and family members in order to provide support for the teens in the program.
