We have a great team and love what we do!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:- Work directly with client during all phases of moving including tasks such as pre-move sorting and decluttering, staging, packing, unpacking, new home or office set-up, decor, organization- Act as main point of contact for client during all phases of project completion and address any issues or concerns as they arise- Manage project assistants during all phases of client’s job (delegating tasks, ensuring all tasks have been accomplished completely and correctly, etc.) or act as project assistant- Walk the house with (or sometimes without) the client to see and understand the scope of the job before beginning- Coordinate details with client and team members- Label furniture for next destination, labeling rooms and items with specific instructions for packing or moving crew- Load in supplies for job and ensure have sufficient supplies throughout project - Ensure team leaves work space clean after working the area- Direct moving crew (furniture placement, communicating multiple destinations if applicable) - Pack items in a secure and organized fashion and unpacking (this usually involves some organizing and decorating as well)- Ensure client everything needed or has set aside the proper items before packing begins- Providing emotional support to clients when needed- Drop off client donations to local facilities, pack for donation or estate sales- Stage home or office for listing or prepare for staging -Work alongside other project site contractors (designers, construction crew, etc.)
