I have the pleasure of working alongside educators to approach improving education from all possible angles. The most rewarding part of my position is driving transformational improvement with a system wide approach, from supporting the development of federal and state level visions to guiding educators and students as they have questions about the "why" behind the changes as implementation occurs. Having the capability to work with students, teachers, principals, directors, superintendents, state educational agency leaders and communities to implement improvement efforts has provided me with an understanding of varying perspectives. This understanding and my past experiences help me to encompass the knowledge needed to inspire a positive momentum towards enhancing the educational practices of those I serve.
