• Directly responsible for assisting Sales Directors with major accounts including: Target, Aaron’s, Best Buy, Amazon, QVC, HSN, Kroger Brands and others• Directly manage all aspects of direct to consumer shipping for major account e-commerce• Manage and maintain all customer web portals which includes sku setups/management, pricing, inventory management and compliance issues• Manage monthly forecasts calls with account inventory analysts and internal PSI team• Directly communicate and confirm account inventory needs with planners and overseas factories• Facilitate monthly meetings with account analysts and buyers to confirm/advise on requests and negotiate when necessary • Collaborate with management to negotiate customer pricing, price protection and yearly budgets • Maintain & analyze PSI to determine client need ensuring forecasts are accurate and PO’s are written in a timely manner• Review weekly client sales to analyze trends for efficient planning• Directly communicate with HQ in Japan and logistics team to assure on time product delivery• Manage all aspects and attend national and regional trade shows and events• Collect, create analysis and then distribute business and market intelligence• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Partners Online (POL), CommerceHub, Vendor Identity Management Portal, WERCS, WorldSync and multiple other retailer portals

• Assist sales efforts in all areas of the organization including executive management• Liaison between partners and sales teams facilitating inter-organization relationships• Present daily, weekly and monthly sales updates to owners and executives • Track and maintain revenue and compensation for all direct sales efforts• Confirm sales to the proper channels to expedite revenue to the organization• Coordinate necessary documents required by sales in order to increase sales and revenue

• Provide support for three (3) Vice Presidents with daily activities, communication and travel• Research, verify and prepare a highly visible Monthly Revenue Report for key share holders• Prepare specific documents for corporate clients for revenue generating presentations• Transcribe tape-recorded verbiage to hard copy and create final documents

• Furnish weekly/monthly reports and updates to management including expense reports and revenue trends• Prepare monthly PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and corporate clients • Coordinate all travel arrangements for conferences and special training• Assist five branch managers and over 40 account representatives with proposals, contract generation and internal process management• Manage calendar for the Director• Resumed responsibility of Branch Analyst until replacement was hired - result was finding $2mm in additional revenue from audits and research

• Assist in the day-to-day planning of the Investment Banking Division Analyst Program• Coordinated and set up training classes as requested by unit managers• Update and maintain current quick reference cards on the Information Technology Web Page• Compile information and create resource guides for specific business units• Arrange travel for corporate trainers
