Managing the creation and distribution of communications to all groups.• Work with WebEx, Intercall, and Camtasia to deliver virtual training.• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Tools including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.

• Worked complete VMS/MSP life cycle at PepsiCo in seven sectors.• Managed the day-to-day operations of two on-site relationship managers in remote locations.• Trained PepsiCo managers/directors/VP's, PepsiCo suppliers, and ProcureStaff employees nationwide on the PepsiCo/ProcureStaff software. • Oversaw SLA, cost savings, and manager satisfaction reporting. • On-boarded all corp-to-corp and SOW suppliers. Point person for all supplier invoicing issues, UAT testing, and task manager system issues.• Part of the initial implementation and one major upgrade with four phases.
