I developed a significant West Coast institutional presence for several big banks: DLJ, UBS Securities and Bank of Montreal. Known for my ability to bring together insights from macro economic trends with individual companies prospects, I quickly made a name for myself with institutional investors. My equity expertise spans a wide range of sectors: tech, media, healthcare, retail, industrial and construction stocks. After more than 30 years of success in the rough and tumble institutional investing world, I’ve come to appreciate just how vulnerable individual investors are. Years of working with portfolio managers, who were overwhelmed with information and short on time, taught me how to break down complicated financial concepts into simple, easy to understand ideas. Improving the financial literacy of women and their families is my passion.
