Manage the Resident Account Administration Department with reponsibility for administrative functions for 30 apartment complexes in PA, MD, VA and OH. This involves reviewing and creating new leases, maintaining accurate account records, respond to resident questions and handle past due accounts. Create policy and procedures relating to the department functions.

Responsible for identifying training needs, creating training material, identifying potential external resources, facilitating programs, evaluating results, and revising programs based on evaluation results. Also established training plans for future development of select employees and maintained training records.
