My role as a trainer was to create and facilitate opportunities for learning by planning lessons, preparing materials, carrying out research, assessing students as well as maintaining accurate records on Microsoft Word and Excel of attendance, assessments and lesson plans.Responsible for inputting data to the ‘Snowdrop’ database system to ensure all staff records/qualifications were up to date and in adherence to Company policy. Responsible for coordinating daily Lead Meetings. This involved gathering all guest information prior to their arrival, created a daily planner to meet their needs and delegating the implementation of the plan to various staff members in order to ensure guest’s expectations were met. Supervised and mentored 60-80 staff daily as they performed their day to day duties in running activities and delivering our companies brochure promise to our guests.
