Primary contact within the organization for standard work order operations including work order opening, quote package review, and customer communications.

o Assist with the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)o Assist L&D manager with the use of internal psychometric testing toolo Establish working relationship with external vendors contracted for certain training programso Coordinate computer training sessions with Global Knowledgeo Coordinate some L&D activities and eventso Assist Human Resources Services with the roll-out of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS)o Assist L&D Manager with managing and coordinating the EOS results action planso Modify existing training documents as changes are requiredo Maintain and enhance current Orientation programo Assist in the development and maintenance of Performance Management systems and documentso Attend training sessions to enhance personal knowledge of L&D concepts and leadership skills

o Assist in the recruitment process by posting position, tracking resumes, send off OPP assessment, schedule interviews, reference checks, and producing offers, transfers and regret letters to candidateso Organize and conduct On boarding Orientation o Tracked, compiled documents, informed payroll and contact management regarding employees involved in the Apprenticeship Programo Managed the Rewards and Recognition Program - Employee Service Awards and You Made A Difference Programo Managed the Merchandise Program o Managed the Employee Initiated Classification forms. Duties included tracking, informing and reminding the Union and/or Management of the required dates.o Compile job descriptions to be entered into the new ATS system (Ceridian)o Other administrative duties including developing meeting minutes for the weekly Union/Management meetings and filing.

o Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for patients, direct bill to insuranceo Daily data entry in Cleardent of patient’s personal information, medical and dental history, and dental benefitso Contact third party insurance agentso Process cheques from third party insuranceo Print off daily bank deposits, day end reports, and month end reportso Work in a fast paced and challenging environment
