Working within business development, grant application, and investment of our new security IOT based product which significantly increases efficiency, safety, quality, and transparency (www.inov8ive.co.uk). My role is participating in all aspects of product development including patent applications (UK.USA), geospatial, business analyst, and project management. Alongside building professional relationships with potential investors, customers and partners; attended various start-up, exhibitions and business events in the UK.SWRDSC Steering board/committee member. SWRDSC is the first pan-Defence and Security cluster in the UK. It forms a collaboration led by industry and academia with the support of the government and its ministerial departments such as the MOD and its innovation directorate, and the Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA).

Established the processes and orchestrated the inception and launch of a multi-tiered, government spatial application and dataset product and supporting infrastructure which was a key European Union objective (NDA) with a value over five million in a crown to crown contract. Directed the efforts of customers, stakeholders, project managers, scrum masters, procurement, business analysts, application developers, product owner, system architects, and quality assurance teams to develop, test and deploy over £5M+ worth of data modifications to create a new crown to crown product from inception to delivery. Directed business forecasting and financial analysis activities and identify opportunities and risks along with action plans to ensure attainment of financial goals.

Implemented a full network upgrade to the HP BAC monitoring solution and configure the RUM (Read User Monitor), including server infrastructure upgrades (Oracle), Network upgrades, dashboards, reports and alerts to identify application outages, reduce downtime, network security infrastructure and improve triage capability.
