Development and implementation of new processes and tools used for disposition of tens of thousands of Space Program Operations Contract (SPOC) personal property items for KSC Ground Operations in over 500 facilities. Compilation of records, physical and digital required to maintain the pedigrees of high value, critical support equipment being transitioned for future programs and projects.
