Supported and trained over 500 loan personnel at all levels nationwide with the rollout of IMPAC - a web-based loan origination system. Developed procedures in understandable language to enhance employees' grasp of specific tasks and to implement training information in the workplace.

Managed three field offices, negotiated with origination staff, and underwrote for one of the highest producing retail representatives in the company concerning SFR and 2-4 unit properties. Signing authority up to $1 million.

Helped establish the opening of a new Loan Retail Department which included working with brokers and customers. Recruited, hired, and developed new employees for the department. Developed training materials and supervised the execution of training classes for the new employees.

Directed, managed and communicated projects to training staff. Developed classes for over 3,800 people nationwide; adapting flexible training style to meet diverse skill levels. Provided support and became the "go to" person to interpret the use of the loan orgination system. Tested applications and provided finds to the programmers to correct system.

Opened new Closing Fee Department. Engaged with attorneys and title companies nationwide to determine pricing for the Equity Line of Credit products. Developed procedures and standards; established and enforced a 4-hour turnaround and processed over 1,000 requests per month inside a 6-month period with zero-error tolerance.
