About Lorna King, Cpcc, Acc

Hi! I’m a workplace culture consultant with more than ten years of experience in marketing and communications in the Middle East. I’m also a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach, Mental Health First Aider, and a workshop facilitator for #IamRemarkable (a Google initiative).In 2014, I joined Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in the pre-opening phase. These six years catalysed my career and gave me the opportunity to build my first team. Digital marketing was my first love but making workplaces great places emerged as my great passion. I decided to certify as a professional coach and took a step towards a career in HR. In 2020, I took a role at ADNOC that bridged my skillsets, managing the employer brand before moving briefly into HR strategy.Ten years working for semi-governmental organisations taught me a lot, but I felt like it was time to take a risk and leap into something new. In 2022 I moved to Dubai to work for a fast-scaling employee wellbeing tech start-up, before joining 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, the first dedicated workplace culture consultancy in the Middle East; my most exciting and passion-filled adventure yet.
