Nokia also manages the operating systems for their devices, and maintains a store for developers to sell their applications for Nokia devices across the globe.Duties include:∙Performed day-to-day administration on a number of Ubuntu, Red Hat linux, and Windows Server 2008 systems.∙Created and Maintained Bash script which automated a previously manual process.∙Responded to service tickets from users and repaired problems that arose with managed servers.∙Created and managed numerous VMWare Virtual Machine implementations of servers.∙Worked with and set up a number of servers designed to perform various system admin tasks including server monitoring, ticket management, backups, and version control.∙Configured security for a closed system using Cisco ASDM and IOS.

Duties included:∙Training fellow employees on the use of a new computer system∙Ensuring that customer orders were prepared to meet deadlines for shipping∙Interacting with delivery drivers and customers over the telephone
