As a Technical Account Manager I am responsible for working with key customer contacts at multiple levels in order to identify and align business and IT objectives, discover customer pain points, offer recommendations, and recognize current and future IT security needs. I was responsible for performing administrative functions on a very large RSA Netwitness SIEM. This included tasks such as: -on-boarding new devices and trouble shooting devices that have stopped logging, -monitoring system EPS and investigating when spikes occurred, -configuring and scheduling reports, and monitoring the health of the system.
