As a leader in ICT, this is rooted in the art of effective communication across the lifecycle of a product or project.With over 30 years of experience in senior management & strategy consulting positions in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) sectors, I have both led and advised functions including product management, marketing, sales, fulfilment, customer management & billing across a broad range of TMT companies.In 2008, I founded Objective Designers, a specialist management consulting and coaching boutique focusing primarily on improving communications from strategic marketing through operational process improvement to getting in the cash. The majority of our clients are in the TMT space. More recently, we are focusing on the challenges and opportunities of indirect channel management - a critical route to market for most technology and telecoms providers.The indirect channel faces unique problems from partner selection and onboarding, systems integration and timely & accurate billing / reporting. We call this sub-service "Channel Designers" - as a way to incorporate ideas from our long-standing brand into our new focus.As a passionate organic beekeeper, I also take a lot of inspiration from studying and listening to the fascinating world of honeybees. I have found that observing and listening to organisations (and beehives) with minimal interference before deciding what to do next is always a great place to start any engagement!Inspired by the bees, we have also developed a method called the "Innovation Flower" which accelerates change across a business by joining up the petals in a colourful, creative and sometimes disruptive way using ideas from the natural world and regenerative economics.
