I am passionate about L& D, creating and delivering training programmes which are aligned with our organisation's objectives. Working with 26 branches, 5 regional sales offices an external sales team as well as our HO support teams I am a strong believer that we should embrace different types of training techniques, including e learning, tutorial sessions and coaching. L & D works closely with managers across the business to understand the training requirements. Experienced in harnessing the opportunities provided by the Apprenticeship Scheme and work with a variety of providers to ensure the best learning experience for our teams. Commercially aware with the ability to provide cost effective solutions within budget.
